She's getting close, quick mock up today. Once the pipe comes in along with the Pro Circuit pedal and new shock springs, she'll be off to Diamond Don's. Really could only find one option that made sense to mount the PC boost bottle. Not sure if will use or not with the new V-Force reed set-up but what the heck. Not sure if I like the gold legs but had them on the 500 and already have the RaceTech emulators set up in them. I'll post when it's totally done. Ride safe---Rhett

Was never a fan of the white Huskys but bikes like this have changed my mind. Sweet looking bike you have there. Well done!

    Nice bike....
kind of partial to the 83....
    matches my 'ol Ten Fins...

If you want some serious wake up snap to that motor, I might offer that you make (or purchase if you can find one) a power now blade for her.

I build one for my XC500 and OMG.....what a difference in throttle response, low end bark and pull....could NOT believe the night and day difference...
and already had the alum sheet.

Are you forks gold or just stripped of the white paint?

I like the color of em....
    nicely done!!

Where did you get the boost bottle and pipe? What were the part numbers for the RT fork emulators? I have the same bike and am looking to do some mods

LTC, you can get the RT kit from husqvarna-parts as for the boost bottle and cylinder I bought them off a fellow Husky rider. The pipe is stock but will have a new one shortly hopefully. Bill, aka 1983XC175 had a batch of special V-Force reed cages built you might check with him to see if he has any left. Thanks for your service
