250-500cc 93 WXC 360 Rebuild

So, I've just about got all the parts together and have begun taking measurments. I notice on the parts diagram that there is a thrust washer on the primary side of the crank between the crank and the bearing. There are three size choices .3, .4, .5mm and mine had none. So how much free play should be left after the measurement between bearing centers is determined. I'm sure its not possible to end up with zero. There should be some thermal expansion room right. Sure wish I had a shop manual with these specs.
