    Hello all

I have a new problem with my 95 wr360 - it starts ok at first kick but after like 10 min of riding it engine dies and it won't start. If i let it cool down for 5 min it starts well but dies again in a short time and i have to let it cool down again..

Any ideeas on what can i do to fix it?

Sounds like a float or fuel problem?

    Is it chewing plugs?

Does it power through the gears?

Start with the fuel cap breather/vent, see if its blocked or release the cap when it dies to see if that fixes it, if not its something else

First thank you all for the answers.

Today it was very cold here and i went for a ride in town - just cruising not too fast...nothing happened..it was running perfect. I went to my mechanic and he changed my main jet from 185 to 175 and then i went home. After few hundred meters shit happened...it stopped...
I smoked i cigarette to let it cool down and i started again...after 1km again...engine died...
I removed the breather from the cap and it worked smoothly till i got home - seems that was the issue here - but it is strange because i tried to suck air through the vent and it worked...but when i removed it the motor started without needing to let it cool down...

Hope this solved the problem...if not i will ask again for help - thank you all

    hi been ther done that
if your plug cap, should be 5 ohms is stuffed this will happen
you can find the part number from ngk site and then order it from you local car parts place
    only about 15 bucks
    good luck
the resistor in the cap can die or you have a non resistor type plug cap
