kickstart only model when I checked valves they were super tight compression seemed lower n bike was popping I still haven't dialed in the carb to the way it was before but bike runs better with air screw almost all the way in when warm fires right up cam chain is noisy though like real noticeable bike ran great up the block just at idle im trying to turn idle super high n back out air screw but it just dies I'm thinking timing??????
Any chance of a video of the noise? The sound could be a slack cam chain tensioner which makes it sound like the cam chain is loose when in fact all you need to do is tighten the tensioner. Here's what it sounds like:
