    Hi all,

I have a few projects on the go and I'm looking for some parts:

Project 1 2004 CR 125 - 165 build with lectron carb and KTM pipe, I have all the parts from Walt & Kelly and will be starting a build thread soon.

Project 2 Another 2004 CR 125 - a friends bike he picked up cheap and I'll be helping with tidying up and a general once over.

Project 3 1998 CR 125 - Converting to 2000-2004 plastics and a general tidy up.

I'm looking for (preferably in uk but may pay shipping cost from elsewhere):
IMS clear tank to suit 2000-2004
Rear sub frame to suit 2000-2004 CR/WR
18" rear wheel to suit 2004
Other bits & pieces OEM or aftermarket that may be of use.

I have managed to find most of what I need on eBay but struggling with the items above.

    Any help greatly appreciated!

    Thanks Juicy

I have already fitted a WR tank to my main bike which is the one I have the 165 kit & lectron for. But I like the idea of being able to see the fuel level in the tank, is it a clear IMS you have and will it fit on a 125 if so can you PM me with a price.

I'm near Norwich but happy to pay postage, also I'm actually working in Gloucester for a week at the beginning of Nov.

Can you tell me what measurements I need to take for the rear wheel?

    Thanks again!

Thanks to juicypips I now have an IMS tank on its way to me!

Still looking for an 18" rear wheel to suit 2004 CR125. Can anyone tell me if a rear wheel from another model will fit, seen some on ebay for 250's & 450's etc but not sure if they will fit due disc & sprocket alignment etc.
The same goes for the subframe, will 2K 4stoke subframe be the same as 2K 2stroke?

    Thanks!

No worries, did it not turn up today?
Will ask mate what state his wheel is in, subframe 125 250 360 all fit 4 stroke i think will be different.
Think hes got a subframe too.

    Tank is all good :-)

Now have a subframe sorted as well thanks to juicypips for the hook up!

I am now trying to source a heavier rear spring for one of the 2004 CR125's if any one can help? I phoned round this morning without much luck, all said they are not listed and I need to send the original spring or give measurements.
Anyone know if a spring from another make/model will fit.

Humm try giving race spec in tewksbury a call they do rear shock rebuilds from £90 they may well have heavier springs and valve it for you too.

Hope you like seeing where your fuel level is at.. Gunna miss that.

Just dropped Racespec an email, also bookmarked the website as good prices on some items!

Did find a YZ spring online yesterday with the same dimensions (except it's 10mm longer), read a post on about someone fitting one of these and worked well apart from the obvious trouble of compressing it slightly to install:banghead:

Got the whole weekend in the garage:) so should start to make some progress (and get the tank fitted).

Thanks again for the help much appreciated:applause:

Man that reminds me of when i put a new spring in my air rifle, had me on the barrel a mate on my shoulders pushing down and my dad screwing the rear cap on that thing was hard.

No stress with parts and sites glad i can help.
Yz spring should work but im sure racespec will line you up nicly good bunch in there.
