    Anyone...please.
  3. Personally, I'd just return them. If you even just look at them for too long they bend.

You can rotate them to avoid contact or put a spacer behind the mount closest to the bar clamp.

Used Acerbis years back before Cycra came out with the Pro-Bend's, and now with the CRM mounts. AWESOME. No clearance issues for levers or cables/clutch lines, but they are more expensive. I recall having to trim ends off of levers and putting cables in awkward positions to get the Acerbis to fit up nice. Not a bad product, but going to take some creativity to fit them to your liking. Can't speak from recent experience, but as I say, they're a tight fit all the way around. Good news is, once you get them to fit, they do the job! Handguards.. A must have....

they are all i use, 2 sets so far on the 08 TXC450 of the rally profile all plastic ones. I like the flexability for the fat bars.
See below for the MX1 catalog and note the different mount kits for all the hand guards. the mount kit you have may be incorrect.

have had a set on a 07 125 and now living on a 09 310....work fine....fit fine....have beat the crap out of them and they do glance off trees well due to the plastic coating. Onece one breaks though I will go with cycra as they do give me rider support. Just my 2 cents.

HDB's hand guards are the best IMHO. No routing issues / leaves the cables free. Very strong, slick design, works great.

the dealer put them on for me when i got its first service they sucked the clutch was like 1/5 engaged everywere i found the only fix was to pu like 15 mm spacers between the handguard and bar ends fixed it up fine for me.

I have the rally pros on my bike. I had to drill out the inner diameter of the Tomaselli handlebars to get the inserts to fit. The work great. The levers (clutch especially) get quite close to the guards but don't touch. They can be bent (with effort) to fit any way you want.

Grips...did you just cut out a circle at the end? What about the throttle...was it in the way or have to shave/cut it too??

Yes you have to cut the end off the grips and the throttle body so you can put the inserts in the end of the bar.

I cut the clutch side end off pretty close to the end of the bar. The throttle side needed a bit of iteration to get it right. First attempt had the throttle tube bound on me once or twice (would not spring back quickly). You really need to trim the throttle tube a bit more than you first imagine.

I like 'em. If I ever bust them (probably not going to happen dispite my repeated stupidity -they are beefy) I would get the HDB's. I like the fold away mirriors and integrated clamp. A pretty penny more, however.

The Cycra's are very nice too. My KTM buddies use those.
