So it was recently brought to my attention that I might be getting these phantom flat tires, w/o ANY puncture or foreign object, due to my wheels being bent out of shape. Well the ONLY thing I could think of that caused that would have been when I was rear ended in a hit and run while sitting at a red light I contacted the sales department at work 9 racing and was informed that due to the inner gold mounting plate the OEM 320mm Rotor is attached with will only work with other "EUROPEAN" wheel companies..... They explained it is because the arms on the mount "curve" outward and won't go on their hubs and their caliper adapter won't work......SO IF ANYONE HAS ANY INFO AS TO A NEW COMPLETE AFTERMARKET(preferably custom color) WHEEL SET THAT WILL WORK ON AN SM630, PLEASE HELP ME OUT ! AS IM GROUNDED UNTIL I GET NEW WHEELS!!!

SV650 wheels can be adapted, if you want to go cheap-ish route, of course this depends on availability of machines or friends who have access to machines.

Why not have a Warp 9 hoop laced to your factory hub?
How bad are the wheels, are you running tubeless?

There's no reason a tire should go flat if you have a good tube in it.

Well according to the Rep at Warp 9, the 630's hub cant lace up to their rim due to different spoke pattern".... Thats from them over the phone though so...

Im having the same problem mate.

The rear due to its massive offset to the break disk side is the problem.
I bought a set of rims that came off a TE450 and it was a waste of time as the angle of the holes in the rim and the offset dont match.

My dealer has now found some old brand new stock through his networks.

I will buy a couple as I dont want to go through this again.

Let me know if you want me to have one sent over although it will probably be the same as buying a whole new rim and hub in the US. Anything Husky is astronomically priced over here in Australia.
