I have an Airoh Aviator and it is by far the most comfortable helmet I've ever owned (and I have a bit of a helmet fetish). They're a bit pricey but if I ever smash this one I'll certainlly purchase another one.
Annoyingly there's no importer for Airoh stuff in AUS, I'd love to try one just for their weight. I'm not game to import one from EU without knowing what style of fit they have, last thing I need is a $500 paper weight. I especially like the Aviator Viper yellow; http://www.burnoutitaly.com/media/catalog/product/a/i/airoh-aviator-viper-yellow.jpg
thread shift--- for Acerbis pronunciation listen to this news report about Acerbis with a Franco interview (in Italian). This is concerning their soccer equipment line and sports passion. But the name is thrown out there a bunch of times to hear the Italian pronunciation. PS Like most dirtbike guys, Franco is a super down to earth CEO easy to speak with and very friendly and bleeds sporting passion. View: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6VEMVXV22cI
so I love my Airoh helmet.. but just so you all know, Airoh in USA has only 90 days warranty. Having said that, Revzilla and Airoh Italy (I emailed Italian office) did step up way after short warranty expired, but still 90 days for $500 helmet? come one!
Airoh fan here too. Is better than my last 661 and agv like the weight but i bought last years model so not £300 less than half price, the mark up on lids is unbelievable. Pronunciation potato potaato whatever it does the same job regardless of country or language an thats a good thing!
Got my son one for X Mas a couple of years ago and thought they shipped an empty box it was so light. He loves it.
