Yep I pulled the trigger yesterday and couldn't be happier. I haven't had the chance to ride it much bbut what little I've done I really like. I know the bike has much more potential and I'll develop that as I read the forums and start the mods.

I purchased the bike from Malcolm Smith motorsports and am very happy wit their service.

I went ahead and got the supermoto set up with the purchase just so I didn't have to worry about it later. That should be here by early next week.

I know everyones seen them but I'll pot pics later anyway.

Congrats. Also got my TE630 from MS. How many did they have left?

I ride from Rancho Cucamonga to Chino just about every day. Great bike

Here's another shout-out for Malcom Smith... Excellent service.

I noticed that they had two SM630s on the floor last week. They were marked down but... not as much as I expected.

They told me I got the last one, it was in a crate when I walked in. I suspect they had already started putting it together because it only took them about 45 minutes to have it ready to go. I also found it funny that the test drive lasted 3 miles.

Matt from finance said it was the last one in Cali. I doubt that in, fact I know there was one left in Esco on Sunday.

Hey White and Red how do you like Rancho Cucamonga?

Rancho is great. Pretty central to Socal riding.

Got 3 little girls and the schools are superb. More than half my neighbors are cops and firemen. Would have been a bummer 10 years ago but now its a good thing.

Congrats! Got mine from Malcolm Smiths as well. Got the old man to autograph mine. He's such a nice guy. His son Alexander runs the service department.

3-Bros in Costa Mesa is a new Husky dealer - I'm pretty sure they have the one they got from their initial order. And Tri-County has at least one left.

The triumph dealer in Brea is also a new dealer, they may have one, would have to call them. They haven't learned how to deal yet - I got blown out with a quote from their sales manager. They quoted full-boat list plus a bunch of junk fees. I laughed.

Where did you get it from? Please post some pictures when you get them, I'm really interested.

50T sprocket? Most folks with SM wheels stay with 42 or even go down a little. The bike will be working pretty hard at 65-70mph. I have the 15/42 setup for my SM wheels and I'd really prefer a 16 in front or 39 in back.

That's what I thought as well and actualy requested a 40T sproket but they recommended the 50 said it would give me better top end it didn't sound right and I should have insisted but my bad I did'nt I can always trade it across or pick up another one and keep it for dirt riding if I need lower gearing.

I got them at MS when I got the bike, I didn't want to have to worry about getting them later and then putting it offand putting it off if you know what I mean. At 4.99 financing it's almost free money so I just bundled it together.

If you're in the San Diego area check out GP motorsports. I got my PU kit there yesterday. They have a TE 630 priced at 6499. It was my first time there but they seemed really cool. The parkings a Bi*** but their showroom is awsome and they're pretty friendly. I'll probably be doing my service there so I'll post more as that goes on.

I installed te PU kit today and took out the rat maze from the air cleaner, what a huge difference. Taking a ride to Julian via the 67 on Sunday after that I'll remove the vapor collector and probably decat the exhaust.

This is my first time with fuel injection will the ECU autmatically correct for these mods or should I/will I need to have it put oon the computer and adjusted?

I adjusted the idle to 1650-1750 but when it's in gear it jumps to 1750-1850 is this normal? I think it is I'm just a little anal I don't think 100 RPM is anything to wrry about???

Yes. It seems the idle has to be adjusted on every 630 in which the pu kit is installed.

I went back and forth with tri county and malcom smith as they are both about the same distance from me.

i was really put off by how much of an a$$hole the sales manager was, so i bought it from tri county.

The sales manager from malcom called me as I was buying my bike too. he called again later, told him i bought my bike from tri because of how much of an asshole he was.

    he didnt like that
