With all this and that going on. I have admired the TM's for years. Anyone see either any new ones or the best bet for myself a lightly used 12 or so 144 or what I would really like a 250 somewhere????? Thanks!! OR A BETA???

The Idaho place I think is disconnected. Sent a message on facebook to TM Racing and they replied to email me. Doesn't seem like they really want to sell any bikes if any are available. Looking at Beta and 13 carryover porky Gassers(a 200) SIDENOTE Cleaned up my 13 144 Husky yesterday and with my knee injury last year and buying it middle of season (sent the Gasser down the road) The nibs are still on the back tire! Tough to justify getting rid of the 144!! Just got cortisone shots in the knee to try to help it. Looking at a good deal on a 2012 TXC 310. Will title and license and use for a playbike! Was hot on the TM for a moment and did't really find one..................................... If a smoking deal were out there on a demo or slightly used I would consider it ..........

Just get a Beta and be done with it. I don't think TMs are coming in this year but I could be wrong. Call Cycle Playground in PA, they had a fast kid on a 144 last year, I think he is on a KTM now.

OK you guys are funny! The Dark Side??? Come on you guys been watching reruns of Barabous Collins show or what?? LOL I am prepping the 144 to sell but still in love with it and it is in like new condition so I have to decide what to do. But yea. Two guys naming a bike company after their sons first names (TM) with a passion to build Works Like Italian exotic. SWEET! Sounds like a good experience I hope!! As soon as this snow melts I will get ride reports and if I still have my 144 will do some back to back time testing to see which bike I'm faster on. I still feel the ultimate bike may very well be a 165/177 kitted Husky!! But for now I will dare to be different while I keep my hopes up that something either happens good at the old Husqvarna factory or move on and except the KTM/Husky thing and hope that in the near future the Husqvarna marque separates itself with more then platform sharing. It is what it is and it is business. Understood. It will just take time to heal from it all! In the mean time I have to figure out how to not get caught buying that available oversize factory aluminum fuel tank for the TM...................................................

Fletch I really am proud of you!! I went very mainstream with my 2T choice (TE300).....I was as far as 90% into the Beta 300RR deal and the bike was being held for me, but I passed and one of our crew (the French guy) bought it so it stays in our euro trash family.
You are not mainstream at all!! good on ya, I checked out Petes TM250E yesterday, again they are a work of Italian artisan shop perfection. Pics please and get er dialed in and get out and riiiip!!
Pete swears by his super trick Scalvini (cone) work of art pipes for all around performance.
If you are selling your well dialed CR144 drop me a PM, we may have an instant buyer for you among our crew here.

    Tomas e Mirko = TM
My fave thing about TM is that its not just TM.
It's corporate name is TM Racing. These are not trail punter machines. Ground up state of the art Racing machines from their Kart engines to their Motorcycles. Out of the box works bikes.

I rode a newer 250 2 stroke a year ago or so, was a handful. Stiff and abrupt. Yep, a race bike. Very cool but not for me. Much better looking in person than in pix.

But you also know tuning is everything, even with no chance of electronic box adjustments, timing can be slotted, backed off, richer jetting, different pipe, gearing change, flywheel weighting etc etc
