    Gday all,
I am using Univis J26 in my 420 auto and i only have a small amount left in the drum so i was wondering if anyone could help me find an oil that will do the job the univis will do that hasn't got the big dollar price tag. Any ideas :notworthy:

Thanks a lot that info is very helpful :notworthy:

I realize that your suppler or brands might be different than what is available over here but it gives me a bigger data base to use when i call the oil company tech help line.

So if anyone else could share what oil you are using in your auto's that would be greatly appreciated.

Univus is available out of Melbourne,I posted the address a while ago. When it was not available,Husky Imports used to buy it in 44 gal drums.Hans Applegrin,ex long term OZ Husky importer, told me to use Motrex 5 wt suspending oil,I still have 10litres of Univus I bought, just had a look at the box but no address, try a search on here under my user name.

This thread : http://www.thumpertalk.com/forum/archive/index.php/t-632731.html , was on the Thumpertalk forum a while back and discussed various Auto issues such as oils , transmission springs and freewheel bearings. I am pretty certain that I read the specs on "B&M Trickshift" transmission fluid and found that it was not much better than ordinary car ATF. I did read that Phillip at Husqvarna_Parts now has an oil available for Husky Autos, that has similar specs as Univis J26 (or Ohlins shock fluid), but is supposed to be cheaper.
