basket+air filter

    my dealer left this basket after he installed power up kit.
    should i leave it alone and run together with air filter or throw it away?!

    keep it for sure.....flame arrestor . without a backfire can set filter afire

    It is recommended to leave it in. That said many of us run ours without. I have done this on all my 4 stroke huskys since 04 because i don't like how the filter does not seal as well with it in. Don't use gas to clean your filter and you will be OK. Or do the safe thing and leave it in.
