I've used them on streetbikes. It works great but they do not develop individual maps for different pipes like Powercommander does. The beauty of these is when you use it with a wideband O2 sensor and the autotune module. It creates an excellent map based on your bike and setup and makes WAY more intricate adjustments than the JD tuner does. But it is not nearly as user-friendly as the JD, and it is a way more expensive setup. You can also add a map select switch and have an optimum performance map and a fuel mileage map and switch on the fly. Pretty cool.
