I attended the last school and learned alot. The biggest thing I learned was that there was alot more I could do than I originally thought and after a little time with Bens mentorship, I could also do it faster/more graceful than I ever thought I could do. Recomended for young and old. It helped me to move "up" from riding at the "old guy comfort zone" speed. Highly recomended for even A riders as there is something you may have been "missing" in your riding and this will help shave those nano seconds off every turn and straight to add up to minutes per race.
