As the title said, I noticed my peg mounts are a little bent. On both sides the bottom section of the mounts are angled down some. I noticed this when the normal size cotter pin would not fit in.

Is this common? I am not doing pro level supercross but maybe all the roots and ruts have done the damage?

I was wondering if it would be safe to take a hammer and just bend them back up a little? Or should I heat them up with a torch first? Or do something different?

Glad it's not aluminum. Steel is real!

    Thanks
