anyone else manage to bend the long bolt that holds the tank on in the middle (09 wr300)?

The wind blew my bike over while out marking course for our poker run, and now the bolt seems slightly bent. I meant to bring it to work with me so I could stop and get a replacement at the local bolt place, anyone have one handy they could measure and get the specs on?

    awesome, you guys rock.

I think since the tank was full, when it suddenly stopped on the ground it just overstressed the bolt. kinda weird, but that's my life. My ktm 200 also blew over on sunday, doing sweep on the course, and kickstand ( which had already lost its foot) bent and cracked near the pivot. at leastl that bike has 9500 miles on it tho.

I do not know about your bike BUT on the 2006 CR 125 it has a longer stud and a shorter bolt then my 2008 CR 125 which has a shorter stud welded to the fram then a longer bolt with a spacer .I bend my bolt on the 2008 alot so so next time i am going to cut the stud off the fram and make a longer one with a shorter bolt like the 2006 set upThe 2006 bike i have never had to replace the bolt My 2006 WR 250 2006 Cr 125 and 2006 TE 510 are all the same and all seem to work all the gas tanks interchange but the 2008 they changed the set up
