For those in and around Melbourne looking for something to do this Saturday 10 October, the blessing of the bikes is on at Mirboo North.
EXCELLENT riding area around there, and not too well known (yet). I'm not a friend of those mass gatherings, whatever the sort and type....but will certainly fix a ride or w/e around there before Xmas. Stayed at Yarragon last time and Mirboo Nth/Yanakie/Yarram/ etc before. Looks like some great weather coming up for it as well. :-)
Great day out, the showers held off until late afternoon. Heaps more bikes than last year. My Strada at the start of the bikes: I saw another Strada in disguise: The TR's big brother - Nuda : The bikes came in all shapes and sizes:
Yep that's my strada. Didn't get to see your bike Geeza. Walked around for 2.5 hours and left just before 12. And yes it was a lovely day out. Greg
Blessing of the bikes is on again at Mirboo North on Saturday 15 October 2016. Great day out, I have been to the previous events and they just keep getting bigger and better. Live band, food and vendor stalls and a great atmosphere all for the promotion of motorcycle safety and awareness.
