Hi, trying to get my hands on the BMW#3 map upgrade for the 499/511 ecu's. Im based in Melbourne Australia and so far had no luck with my dealer and also emailed the distributor twice but haven't heard anything back from them. If anyone has any luck, please let me know.

I was considering emailing to Zipty racing however too expensive in postage and will be without my bike for to long.

    Thanks,

Call Stefan at "R&D Husky" . They are in Sydney and are pretty helpful. Beats having to send it all the way over the pacific just for a reflash

yeah i'm on the same boat with map3,still waiting to hear back from my dealer, just seems too confusing with how many maps there are, also how you finding the oil level saga, the power is not overly impressive its good don't get me wrong but i need a little bit more,i'm a bit concerned not being able to fill it with 1150ml as stated on the manual

On a different subject i find the gear lever a bit tall for my liking and i have been playing around with a Hammerhead +5 tip,you can actually fit those all you need to do is increase the diameter of the stock pin hole with a 8mm drill bit fit a spacer (washer) and use the stock spring. Also drill a 2mm hole on the inside of the new tip as a locator of the spring end ,don't need to be exact .From what it seems the Hammerhead tips are offset back or forward not up or down as i initially thought ,it sits a little bit lower but not a great deal ,haven't ridden the bike yet to actually see if it made a difference or not
