Rechever, tell us more about the FE450 ...
    weight? 117 kgs empty .. ? + 9,5 Lt of gas ..... +- ... = 124 kgs ??. Thats a lot for single/trials/rocky roads ? How its feels?
Any hitting/hooking problems with low linkage/rear shock head, and space between this and skidplate ?

bike is amazing. lots of power to race. the gearbox has diferent gear ratio to KTM. also in my opinión felt heavier in the front. not sure since I haven´t set up the suspensión as desire. 450 are not for sale in US but in Mexico we do!! also you can get te EU version

Hey congrats on the new wheels! I love that husky is back with the old colours. I'm currently riding a 2010 TXC-450 and like you I'm looking to upgrade. What do you like about the FE over the TXC? I'm a little disappointed that the FE is almost 10lbs heavier then the old husky. Shouldn't they be getting lighter?

The new Beta 480rr is looking real interesting to me. I've been a proud husky owner for a while so I want to give these bikes a serious consideration.

Any insight would be greatly appreciated.

Just a simple question here: 'Why did you guys get off that orange bike and get on the Husky bike'?

I rode a friends 2014 Husaberg 501 and liked it. The Orange machine was very tidy and still going strong, but was eight years old and had over 100 hrs on it. i looked at a new standard EXC 450 but liked the six days edition better with all the protection gear and go fast bits, but it was $1500 more expensive. The FE 450 is somewhere in between the standard EXC and the Six days. The husky bike shop offered me a good trade in on the FE450 so i went for it.

Simon tell us your feelings about that FE450.
    I'm thinking of changing to a FE350 or 450 ... or KTM ...

I rode a 2014 350 husaberg and felt like I was riding it in the higher rev range and wondered how long it would last doing that most of the time, so I tendered towards the 450 just because it has more legs. In saying that, if you ride tight stuff a 350 would be perfect.
i went for the husky because it comes with a great deal of the KTM sixday special extras you don't get on the NZ/AUS standard EXC, like a fan, billet triples, bash plate, 4CS etc, and a linkage rear end for a change of seen. My Husky's ECU was flashed over to Sixday spec by the dealer.

the rear linkage says to be better in mud traction. after several different set ups in the suspension y can say. WP is amazing.
