125-200cc Brocken clutch actuator arm

    I managed to brake the clutch actuator arm on my wr144 today and now can't get the pushrod out to get the other end of the actuator out. Any suggestions, I can get it to move some but then it binds up and won't budge. Was running a Rekluse EXP, anyone else have this issue? image.jpg

    That shouldn't happen even with the stronger springs in the exp. When you get it out I have a couple of these.

    The rod won't come out, am I going to have to split the cases to get to it? If so maybe one of your 177 builds is in order?
