    I just purchased a 2007 te 610, I love it! At 6'4" and 210 it's the perfect fit.

    Couple of questions:

    1) to remove the emissions or leave it be? A coworker warned me of CA park rangers ticketing the unruly canister removers, is this true?

    2) what slip on exhaust options do I have and a part # if at all possible?

Thank you all for your time,

I'm not aware of an aftermarket slip on with a cat, so you might be out of luck unless you get creative.

if I run the risk of a ticket and remove the canister and all hoses, install a "block off" kit of some kind; what adjustments would need to be made to enable the bike to breathe correctly (carb, air box adjustments)? I really just want to rid the bike of all the excess. If this is at all possible.

Ahh, you mean the evap canister...

That should just be a nipple cap on the head for manifold vacuum.
Then run the tank vent hose to the ground, maybe keep the original check valve in place

GPR? We aren't talking stabilizers, right?

Are there any necessary adjustments that need to be made after doing the removal?

Nothing needs to be adjusted if you take that canister off.

    * instead of step #7 you want to run that long breather hose (with the check valve) down the main front tube, on the same side that it exits the fuel tank, secured with zip ties.
