    hello to a big community
i tuning chinese 34mm carb (PWK copy) on my 125cc husky, for now it's 50 pilot and 175 main, needle - second clip from top. Spark pretty lean. And have this problem - stalls after dropping throttle. And have some hitch opening throttle from idle. Middle range and full throttle goes perfect

    please help

change needle to second from bottom
    - richen needle , possibly then go leaner on pilot
    no police in Ukraine?

can it results stalls after closing throttle?
we have a very loyal police compared to Europe. Is it for better or worse? - it's not always the same. They do not touch if you do not go on the road.

    still can't fix this problem
today i rise needle up to second clip from top, then install 55 pilot jet (from 50, past 52), now it's go rich on full throttle, but no effect on problem.

I wonder if you're into an electrical problem there? With jetting you can usually 'catch it' before it dies, that sounds like it is completely shutting off. Was it doing this before you put the new carb on?

no, no problem before. But i ride it for 5 miles after i bought it, and start to "bring it to life" - new piston, carb, oil, filter end many others. But do nothing to electric - except original 28 dellorto with all it's wires - disabled oil pump, temp sensor, air sensor and TPS.
I was thinking for some electric problem - but why it's appear only on idle and when i droping throttle?
it's true, but my starts only with kik after it shuts off. Even when it's died on down hill - it wont start by engine. You can see it on 1:10 from last video.

Increase idle speed ? Is air screw adjusted to around 2 turns out ?
If its al the way in it will die .

If is a lean bog off idle ? you need to richen needle
Again - it was second clip from top before was it not - too richen the needle you need raise it by lowering the clip

I wonder if an inductive tachometer or kV meter on the spark plug wire would show if the ignition is dropping out for some reason. If you had a large downhill where it would die but could keep turning over would be ideal. If it quits but the engine is still turning over and the gauge/meter is reading nothing then you have lost spark, or if the reading stays consistent with what it was right up to that point then it's likely the fuel side if things

    hi all
i figured out my problem some days ago, i hope it will help some one in the future.
So the problem why bike wasn't able to idle was oil pump, as i connect it back on board - everything run good.

alright- thats why... as the newer wre like yours will have a few alarms on the dashboard when replacing things like stock carb, oil pump etc... i m only aware of the oil pump failure to stop the bike from running right.

It does not shut down my bike

I removed the oil pump from my SM 165 as I installed the lectron and the bike is still running fine

it does give me a fail 2 message which means the oil pump is failing (not really its simply not there)

hehe, i assume there are now WRE/SMS 125s around your place?
for emissions they did use an electric oil pump on the last years 125 dual sports to make sure its not using too much oil and emissions are ok.
Also these bikes have a big combined CDI wich checks some sensors (tps, oil pump, oil level, Water temp)- all these information goes to the dash and gives you trouble sometimes...
I m not so familiar with these bikes as well-maybe someone else can clarify what else is different on these later models.
