Just something that would cost a fortune and not add value TO ME. I think it looks cool and if i was doing SM racing or something I might consider it. Crashing with ether of those scares me though. - BTW, none of my parts are "bling", all are functional.. so there.
Still got that rim tape on? Moind you rim tape ain't bling. Bling looks good. I just had to throw that in there, please do not take offence Your Royal Highness.
rim tape cuts down the mud/rim friction coefficient i find the extra few grammes on your wheels are negligble weight
Rim tape serves a function, supports and promotes a local shop. Also cuts down on rim scratch from tire changes. neeener neeeener
