    Just something that would cost a fortune and not add value TO ME. I think it looks cool and if i was doing SM racing or something I might consider it. Crashing with ether of those scares me though.

    - BTW, none of my parts are "bling", all are functional.. so there.

    rim tape cuts down the mud/rim friction coefficient i find :thumbsup: the extra few grammes on your wheels are negligble weight :p

    Rim tape serves a function, supports and promotes a local shop. Also cuts down on rim scratch from tire changes.
