Anyone have any pics of a Terra (or Strada) loaded up with Pelican or similar style cases? I am in the market and am curious how they look. Struggling between the Wolfman set-up and Pelicans.

The choice between hard cases and bags depends on what kind of riding you do.

If you are mainly on the road and less likely to be dumping the bike in technical spots, go with hard cases.
If you do plan on laying the bike over occasionally, go with soft bags because they cushion the fall. Hard cases can cause frame cracks and busted mounts.

See 'Long Way Around'. Their hard cases caused some problems.

    Hello
I have put a Kappa Monolock over rear rack. I need it when i go work from Mo to Fr

And you can put it off only with the key to use the bike more off on weekends

I have the Nomadic Rack installed. I read something about OEM rack and its fragility

    Santi,
Did you have to drill the Nomadic rack to mount the Monolock adapter? I went with the Nomadic as well....

I mounted a Givi SW-Motech plate .... I find it amazing and I think also pretty stiff, so far no problem then we'll see.

Looks like the additional bracketry from side & top bags really would stiffen up the stock rear rack.
I like the "duct tape" frame guards in the first pic

Honestly, I don't think Pelicans look good on any bike. But, they are some of the most durable and functional cases you'll ever own. I've been abusing Pelicans for over a decade now, and on every continent but Antarctica. I have never had one break.
