There is not a lot of riding here yet - no trails at the moment. What: ride a bit, burn in some trails, plan trails, possibly a tiny amount of work. I'll provide lunch - assuming not too many people show up. Exact plans will be determined by how much rain comes down before then. When: Sunday March 24th - times TBD (Daylight savings starts March 10th, not sure what exact times would be good actually - 10am - 5pm?) Who: at the moment 3 people have said they could probably make it other than myself. Why: have fun... and to determine if there is any interest at all in some type of gathering here (with little or no trails, but epic dual sport in the area, it would not be a traditional gathering like the Bend OR gathering we have been having). Where: About 1/2 hour from Napa CA, or about 1/2 hour from Winters CA, or about a 1/2 hour from Vacaville CA. Exact directions will be sent to those who can make it. WARNING: there are ample amounts of poison oak at this location... if that makes a difference to you. Though it can be easily avoided with some care. For those people who would find this date to be inconvenient but want to come, this event is not a big deal at all, there will be others - possibly once per month through May or June. For those who want to come from far away - there is certainly ample amount of camping space... and obviously the dates would be extended/are flexible. Link to ride report from Round 1 last month: http://www.cafehusky.com/threads/cafehusky-world-headquarters-gets-a-trail.30656/ And if you really like looking at pictures, here is another thread that may be of interest: http://www.cafehusky.com/threads/cafe-husky-corporate-offices-have-moved.22133/ EDIT: since the number of people that may come to this seems to be changing rapidly, I've decided to make this a "BYO" event i.e. bring everything you would normally bring on a regular ride like food and drink.

Still very interested but have an event here that weekend. I'll keep an eye on dates for Apr May Jun.
timing sucks we are doing our ride same weekend in Gorman hoping to ride there in the near future looks like fun
As it gets closer I will start a Conversation with people that say they will be coming, to work out the details. At this point it is you, 454x, and some others. I am sure we can work out lunch just fine.
try for may. only an 8 hour drive fer me. i could proly do dat. this month is TOAST $$ wise. sooner i know the better. i wana help. plus, an angry midget, whiskey throttle and a WR300 wif a new IT Motoz means lil or no trail cutting baaaroooop! *earth, rocks, trees, rabbits, moles go fa-lying*
done dealio. as soon as there's a firm date for the may one im putting in the vacation form. ill take a week off and camp nearby or whatever.
There are a LOT of places to camp here. Lets see how this next one goes... then I'll start picking dates - obviously what dates work for the people coming from far away would be factored in heavily.
In March? While you are most welcome to come any time, there will (probably) only be a few local people here. 10? On the other hand, we could use your trail building expertise. Parts of this place has not been touched since the Spanish came (centuries), so it is 'extra virgin'.
Well I can tell you that I am completely booked till at least 4-5-13. After that I may have put in a bit of family time. Will the landing strip be lenghtened enough to accomodate a small personal jet (not the big corpoate one) by then or will we still have to machete our way in?
