I installed my new TM Design Works chain block for my TE 630 today and found that I picked the right time to replace the stock guide! What material, the same as the slider? I believe the BRP is UHMW. The Hyde Racing skid plate is a similar polymer...
Hmm, never seen those... Not really digging the wingy profile, looks like it could snag more stuff, and they don't have one for the bigger bikes...
Just ordered a TM Designworks one. I had seen the BRP item, but as they didn't have APO shipping options and haven't replied to my email about shipping, I went with TM Designworks. They had AE in their address as standard.
Just buy the bloody Hyde one - it does not need to be any thicker. It is unbreakable. They are used on the extreme enduro bikes - Romaniacs, Roof of Africa, Ertzberg etc.
