I have a 08TE610, and am wondering if my chain is stretching more than normal. I had to adjust the chain at about 120 miles, and now again at 250. I'm not sure how often people normally have to adjust their chain. I am a noob, and am not always the smoothest with the clutch, but haven't been too hard on it either. I did follow the service manual when I adjusted the chain, so I'm pretty sure I did it right. Any info is appreciated.
Make sure it's not too tight, it may be 'stretching' because of being over tensioned. Once after a few hundred miles is normal for me, but certainly not twice in 250 miles. Find someone more experienced to have a look.
