chain to fat:(

    so i bought an x-ring chain and its to fat for my stock (TC250)chain guide. Could i file down the sides on the guide? or go with a motosportz guide if they are ever back in stock? So what are my options? lol

    BRP makes one, or use the one from the TE'S. Get a 206 I get 2 four strokes in mine beats the hell out of driving. Later George

    and i just forced the new chain through, wont last for to long.

    Cessna's are nice but I work across town at Beech, and would like to keep my job there, every aircraft mfg. in town is cutting jobs, due to the credit crunch so they say.

    I wouldn't worry about it - the chain will "adjust" the width of the plastic insert to fit. I ran a wider O-ring chain in my TC250 for 2 seasons with no problem...
