cheapy clutch or brake levers for 610 '08

    anyone know of any cheapy or reasonably priced levers for '08 te/sm 610? can't ever find an application chart for 610's

    thanks jc... i forgot to mention i was looking for shorties... something that would fit on the stock perches with handguards installed.

    You don't need shorties for that reason,stock levers work fine with handguards.I have acerbis sm guards on one bike and cycra's on another with no problem.

    perhaps that is not the only reason. I do have stockers on with cycras at the moment. I've had to scoot the stock perch inwards a few inches... i hear people just cut the levers, but there must be a better solution? Shorties tend to help w/clutch pull anyway?

    A few inches inward? Typo? Sounds like your handguards are not bent right. They should protrude straight forward from the end of the handlebar several inches and then bend inwards to the dash area. At most you would slide the clutch perch inward less than 1/2" where you will probably hit the bar bend and have to stop.

    Some cut the ball off if the clearance is a smidge too tight. Proper bend and adjustment you can usually avoid that.

    You have pictures? Maybe see what is up with your situation.
