Hello! I'm trying to find a new clutch cable. I've read all the posts and someone mentioned that it was similar to the 650GS. But when I did a search, there are two different part numbers: one for the 650GS (which also includes the Dakar) and there is a different part number for the Sertao. Anyone know the exact replacement part? or know where I can get an OEM one? Thanks!
The TR650 Strada/Terra parts manual shows part #8539124 as the clutch cable. Cross referencing by using this number as a BMW parts number shows the same cable for BMW GS650. I verified this by searching that number at Halls Cycles. Part # 8539124 is the clutch cable for Husqvarna TR650. http://www.halls-cycles.com/default.asp?page=xstore&keyword=8539124&submit1=Search
FYI: I called Hall's Cycles and they didn't have any clutch cables in stock but gave me a number for another place: Donnell's Motorcycles, in Independance, Missouri. 816-478-9393 They have some parts in stock for the TR650.
