I been doing some searches and can not find any aftermarket clutch case savers for the CR/WR125 (2008+). There are some listed for the four stroke bikes. I doubt these will mount up though.

Anyone using an aftermarket case savers?

Here is an example of what I'm looking for:

I designed one for the WR 250. I had one made which I put on my bike. It wouldnt take much to do one for the wr 125.

I would like to get some made and sell to people interested, but to make it economical I need to sell at least 25 for each type. If people are interested I can do it.

Below is what I have designed / made for the WR 250.

I do not have any right now, but if you were willing to wait I could have a batch made.

Here is how my project turned out...

I ended up making a custom case saver for my bike. I made a rough mockup using wood to check fit. Then, transfered the data points into 3D CAD. After a few different designs, I decided on a truss structure that protects the side of the clutch case and link arm (from rocks, side impacts, etc.). Then, I added extra thickness/width around the chain compared to the OE guard. It is very lightweight and made from aluminum. A friend of mine made it for me using a CNC milling machine based on my 3D CAD model. I'm happy with results.

Here is my 3D CAD model:
