I have a small puncture on the clutch cover just below the brake pedal. Pushing it back out seems easy enough after the cover is removed but a bit of welding or other repair will be necessary to repair the remaining cracks. Any suggestions or experience with thi clutch-cover.JPG s type of repair?

I've done that on couple of past bikes. Take cover off, tap dent back out and leave little of a dent. Clean with carb cleaner, sand around it and fill with JB weld. Let sit over night, sand to feather into cover, then paint cover with dark grey, brake caliper paint. Grind the inside so you don't have any clearance issues.
