I just installed my Rekluse exp 2.0, easy job, but... now I have way too much slack in the clutch. I have adjusted it at the perch and also at the other spot partway down the cable, and added in an extra spacer as directions recommended in the clutch pack under the pressure plate.

    Any ideas?

oh really? My sheet still said 5 of each so did that. They should be correcting the sheet or sending out a correction page to be added to ones at the dealers. Thanks for the tip, I'll change it today.

I called Rekluse this morning and I guess they have updated the sheet on their website to say 4 of each stock plates, and he figured they would have the updated sheet coming out with new clutches. But thanks again for the tip, this site is great for that! :) I'll try the clutch out this weekend and see how I like it. The plus to all this is I am getting good at taking the clutch apart and back together :p

You will love the clutch. It works great.Makes tight technical riding so easy its like cheating and you can creep up hills at a snails pace if you want. Also impossible to stall.

Another question... got it installed with correct number of plates and free play gain where it should be at, and idle adjusted so it idles in gear. Anyone with a 125/150 with this clutch, does it make the clutch harder to pull in? (just compared to stock...)

Yeah, I got it mostly because of racing... those last couple laps on a technical course or towards the end of a race when your clutch hand is just done! I have geared the bike right down and that's helped but still times I wish I had the rekluse, so looking forward to riding with it! I had the pro model on my last bike (ktm 250F) and loved it... this bike the clutch is super easy to use as stock, but getting a break in the tight stuff will be nice :)

Yes because the rekluse kit springs are stiffer.Only time i use the clutch lever now is to loft the front wheel from almost dead stop.Otherwise I dont use it at all.

I just picked up a new 2012 WR144. Which Rekluse is available for this model. I have never tried an auto clutch, but thinking of putting one in this bike.

The one I rode it did seem to be slightly stiffer than stock. But it is using a 2 finger lever with not a great mechanical advantage. Best part is you shouldn't need to use the clutch a whole lot. With the 165, I virtually never use it.
