Clutch slip on 09 TE450

Hey guys and girls, just wondering if anyone else experiancing any sort of clutch slip on their 09 TE450.
My bike has only 1500kms on it with the standard clutch set up and every now and then when changing gears from 1st to second or second to third I seem to get a little slip in the clutch and it doesn't engage right away.
Im not too sure if running different oils play a part in how the clutch will react. Im running MOTUL 5100 ester 10w/50 at the moment but will try Motul 3100 gold 10w/40.
I drop my oil and filter approx every 350-400 kms so its definately not an issue with old oil. Im assuming being a hydraulic clutch there is no adjustment unlike the cable style where you can get a bit of adjustment out of your clutch when your clutch plates are worn and starting to slip.

The oil will not be an issue, I have used the Motul 5100 10/50 from new and over 4000Kms on the bike. In fact I commend this oil to everyone.
In regards to slip, thats unusual, some guys even drop 2 springs from their clutch to make it lighter. Mixed results there however. Maybe lay her on her side, pop the clutch cover and see if the spring bolts need tightening, it could be that simple. Unless you are a clutch fiend the clutch should still be in good nick at 1500 Kms. If the bolts are tight then maybe while your there take the plates out and have a look and give the steels a wipe/rub with a scotch brite.
By the way is it only happening when the bike is hot or at any time-just thinking you may be a tad low on oil-try putting in another 100mils can make a real difference Mate.

yeah its only really noticable when the bike is warm and has been working pretty hard. I dont really ride the clutch much, only in the tight single trail... I will try adding a few extra mils of oil seeing as though I only have just changed the oil.
