So I am in between the Corbin seats (as I am an hour away from them) or Seat Concepts.

For me the Corbin allows me to pick exactly how I want the seat to look like and feel if I go there and have them make it. But the cost is a lot more than SC.
SC is a proven design, cheaper, functional just like the Corbin which both have a very similar base design.

    So Corbin or SC?

SC for sure. They make a great seat. Not wild over corban myself.

Corbin is nice old school just like Renazco. Tried and true custom made to you, but expensive. SC is DIY for a more modest price

you can send your seat in and they will install, still inexpensive. But I REALLY like their foam and seat shapes. Nice covers too. I have three of them.

I used 1/4" wide crown staples. Be sure to use a air stapler.

I had a Renzaco on my 610 and liked it but just recently put an SC on my 501S, and like it too. Installing the SC is a piece of cake. Renz has better seat cover options but in the end SC, when you do the installation yourself costs less than half as much and is an equally comfortable seat.

I'll keep the spare change, thank you!

Pulled the trigger and went with SC per all the good recommendations and experiences here. As soon as it arrives I'll be doing the install and we shall see where it goes!!

I have never tried a Corbin seat but the SC seat is by far the best thing I bought for the bike. Without that seat I would never have been able to completely enjoy this awesome bike.

I found the SC is a lot more comfortable on a longer ride (Sydney - Melbourne), but the wider seat made it less comfortable moving around in the seat for more enthusiastic road riding (Phillip Island)

My 610 already had a SC on it, but I have used them twice before and I have always been happy with them. My wife's XT250 has a Corbin and it has a seam right near the tank that really bothers her.

The SeatConcepts is great - though if I am going 300+ miles on road, I slap an Airhawk Small Pillion on top too. It also doubles as a pillow at campsite.

I got the SC on my 630 upon purchase from the PO and really like it. I am not a Corbin fan at all. I don't believe it should have to "break in". I Had a couple and used a couple, No thanks for me.

I would do a Renazco but the seat concepts would be my first choice.
