FE/FC CPS failed

    2017 FE250 w/OC, 2016 XTrainer w/KYB
    It appears our CPS has dies on our FE250 based on the test the dealer did. KTM is stating it was caused by too much motor oil creating pressure build up damaging the sensor.

    So my questions are;
    1. How much oil goes in??? Based on KTM's theory the book is incorrect?!@#
    2. Has anyone else had this sensor go bad?

    Dealer tried twice to push it thru on warranty but no go. Sadly the dealer will eat some of it just to keep me happy,,,, if I want. BTW the bike has 10hrs on it all were very light duty.
