    Hi,
    Bike suddenly stops on sandtrack.
Clutchgrip lose first half, and hard resistance last part when pulling.
Clutch plates hardly not moving when pulling clutchhandle.

It can be put in gear, and neutral.

Back wheel is stuck, if you pull it extremely hart you can turn it, and "feel it is in neutral, and in gear it "stops" for the gear.

Took apart clutch, all ok there, except the main bolt had taken 1/3 turn and losen one of the plate teeth holding the main clutch bolt.

With clutchbasket out, when pulling the kickstarter, the piston and everything moves like normal.

What in gearbox can cause this?

Have never heard about clutch issues on these.

    Bike has 76h.

    Thanks in advance,

Hard to know for certain, might be time to split the cases! Bike didn't make any crunches or bangs?

If it turns normally with the basket off I would think its something in that clutch/idler gear setup. All the transmission stuff is still rotating with the basket off - unless a shim on the end of the mainshaft split and fell out (which should have made some noise) it would let the shaft slip over and make the basket bolt seem like it had backed off - also binding everything up when tightened back up.

Sounds like something in the clutch that was loose. Does the bike shift thru the gears now ?

For information it was the bearing "behind" front sprocket.
