I just purchased a '13 TE511 on eBay and while it'll be awhile before I receive it from across the country, I'm already emptying my wallet on accessories. I ride lots of rocky trails and am looking for a good skid plate. So far, this is what I've found - please tell me if there are more. Aluminum/Steel * Ricochet MecaSystem has a plate listed as only being 2011+ TE449 here, but does it fit TE511? Carbon Fiber: * P3 Plastic: * Hyde Am I missing any? Up-Tite seems to be out of production .

The oem skid plate is very good, but the Hyde plate is the best. Aluminum skid plates are heavy/noisy. If it has to be an aluminum one, I suggest you get a solid one. Skid plates with holes are weak and bend easily.
I'm still making them and have them in stock. Still sell a lot of them. Am out of the 250/310 and the 610/630 when find some time will make more of them
