Well today was his 2nd ride on his 8th Bday present Not 8 till next week... Went out to the desert in town and plonked around... He also wanted to take some pictures of "Whistle pigs.." local little digging rodent/gopher that you guessed it whistles...

Great day riding but he was more interested int how many whistle pigs he saw and if he was gonna get a Toy at cycle gear.. the last picture reveals that....

I asked him what his favorite part of the day was... He said spendin it with my Dad :) I'm sure the toy didn't hurt either though... I guess I'll look back on these years fondly... he still likes me...I hear the teenage years can be hard.....

I have a few friends that have been riding with their kids since they were tiny. I think it's totally cool to see a 17-year-old boy that chooses to hang out with his parents and their old friends (us:D) in the woods on the weekends over doing just about anything else. So you see, there is hope for your future :)

Great report, by the way  Thanks so much for posting!
