Hi, is there any reason why I couldn't swap my old style Dellorto to a Keihn on my 2001 610sm?

I feel there is more info on the Keihn carb so if I had problems with the Dellorto I might just junk it entirely and swap to the Keihn.

Also which one is more tuneable for power?

If I were to go through the trouble of going to an aftermarket carb, I'd seriously look into a Lectron system.
Cheaper than a new keihin, and they adjust automatically for altitude.

What size carb is on the 610s? The manual refers to a "Keihn EIHIN FCR-MX 41". Does 41 mean the flange size or what?
