250-500cc Dent in a WR 300 pipe

Went for a little ride yesterday and got a small dent in my pipe about 2inx2in 1/2in deep.Do you think it will be a problem?

You won't notice it depending on where the dent is?

It's only a problem if your anal like me. Lol

Have the dent blown out. Repaint.

You might try the dry ice trick. I haven't yet because I can't easily get any in a small town, but it is on my list.

I sent my expansion chamber to Pacific Crest Pipe repair and it looks brand new....and it's 19 years old. 85 bucks plus shipping well spent. As for performance, DB mag did a test a few years back and proved that it really takes a massive dent....like almost flattening it, before there is any noticeable decrease in performance.
