    I just take mine to an upholsterer that is into bikes. We have one locally that hand carves the foam, makes it firmer where needed, and softer where required.
    I either take a ready made cover, or he makes one up. Cheap too ! The most I have paid for a bespoke foam and a new hand made cover was £50 (UK). That was for my old 73 CCM. Fitting a supplied cover for him to fit to my existing Husky foam was just £5.

    Yeah, try that over here. It would be 200 bucks and that's if you could even find some body locally that even wants to touch it.

    emailed john at vintage husky and got a reply to shorten standard seat foam. cheers wrx
    will have to have new foam shipped over.

    no problem Bud ! I got mine from him . I had to fab up a base from an old car hood and it came out sweet. 1973 125WR
