250-500cc Did I install this right?

    2011 WR250
    2011 WR250 All Balls swingarm kit. doesnt look right and I did not take before pics. I am questioning the seal location.

    The longer of the 2 sleeves (silver one) I have installed from the inside. The shorter (gold color) sleeve (in this pic) has the seal behind it. The longer sleeve is not pushed in all the way. If it was it would be sticking thru the gold colored sleeve. That just dont seem right. I didnt push it in all the way so you could see the seal.

    Both sleeves go in the inside, one goes inside the other. The swing arm will not fit back in the frame the way you have it.
