How do I drain the old antifreeze ?? Is there a plug or something ? Or take a hose off ?

Take the bottom left / clutch lever side hose off. There's also a small drain plug on the jug, but you don't need to open unless your going to a different type antifreeze, like the green stuff to engine ice or the like.

open the bolt on the right side of the cylinder, also take off the radiator cap.
Suggest you refill with water and 50% white vinegar, run bike for 5 minutes and drain. This will flush/descale the radiator and internals and make the new coolant more effective. Dead easy.
