How often to clean/grease the bearings?

The WSM states for racing Lube @ 10 hrs otherwise Check @ 6k miles.

I pulled one Drag Link bushing and of course there was dirt in the groove of the rubber seal. The Bearing appeared clean. Was able to clean the dirt from the seal with a Q-tip.

I am tempted to do the same to the rest. Add grease to the bushings and bolts then reassemble.

I generally pull the swingarm and linkage down twice a year, maybe one more time if the riding has been consistently wet and muddy. Generally the steering stem head bearings once-twice a year. I always use heaps of waterproof marine grade bearing grease.
