I shot Alan Randt a note and asked if he was comming up with aftermarket parts for Husky?

He replied and said they are working on a disk guard, skid plate and suspension first. Then a seat, bar risers are next.:applause:

He also wanted to know if there is anything else the Husky guys are in need of.

FYI, EE just bought an 09 TE310 so there should be some cool stuff coming down the pipeline real soon for Huskys.

I do know that Dirt Bike Magazine is already scheduled to test an EE TE310 at the start of May.

So what do you think the chances are that Lansing Cycle will start selling Husky's?

I bought my last bike from them and they come ready to rip, greased and jetted spot on. I just brought it home set the sag and let it run.

They did until the early nineties, even in the Cagiva era. Alan was big part of Huskydom Pre-Cagiva and it seems that the KTM refugees of the post Rod Bush Era are starting to trickle in to the Husky Camp. If you haven't noticed.... a lot of old KTM people (many who were Husky people) are being marginalized by the new KTM Regime.

All I know is that EE products ROCK!! Been running them for years and if he starts making stuff for Husky's....Watch out. More stuff the better.

I think slim to nil today. Al has sold Lansing Cycle to Steve and is going to concentrate on EE products. I think Steve has his plate full with the KTM shop right now.

I heard that Gary Hazel from Thumper Racing is going to EE to help develop more products for other brands.

I sent Alan a message suggesting radiator guards. If he could make some like the KTM Hardpart ones I have on my EXC I'd be the 1st in line for a pair.

Alan confirmed rad guards are on the list. :applause: As I expected, he also confirmed 610 guards would be after the smaller TE's.

You guys are lucky and have 4 or 5, but us 610 owners don't have that many options. The one we do have is not that great. If he copies the KTM hardpart guards that allow you to use the stock air scoops life will be good.

I mentioned making a y-pipe as well. I think George is having troubles with his supplier because everytime I call to order, they are on b/o.

BTW, OFG rad guards are now made by EE.

You beat me to it! I went down in some rocks the other day and and sure enough the radiator hit a rock pretty square. I picked it up in a panic but got lucky. It just bent the tabs and thats it. I did learn however that if you bend the tabs and dont straighten them right away as soon as you hit 60 or so the little slot thing that holds the plastic scoop on pops out and rips the part right over the screw that holds it.

I mean the louvers. The guards are more like a roll cage than anything else and allow use of the stock louvers. The guards are very strong.

you mean radiator braces not guards, they are different example: motosportz makes radiator guards, ofg makes braces.
