Hello to all I bought a TE 630 a few weeks It is an exceptional bike but I have a problem the engine idle speed is at 2000 rpm I can not decrement what can I do?
Check both ends of the cold startup cable (little black lever above the clutch lever) to make sure they are not hung up on their perches. This is often the reason for high idle, unless you have recently done the PowerUP, which does not seem to be the case. It is also possible that you have an issue with the throttle cables. 1600-1650 is factory recommended idle RPM. You didn't have to remove the airbox, if you are setting idle with the airbox removed, it will likely be lower once you reinstall the airbox due to the added restriction.
