I have the ability to set an engine waring light and a extreme waring light for the vector trail tech computer on my 2013 wr125... What it the normal engine operation temp for these bikes, and what should the warnings be set at?

I can't say on these bikes but can give you a frame of reference from a typical streetbike. Operating temperature (usually read at the sending unit located on the head or thermostat housing) is ideally 190-210. Radiator fans come on at 210-215 F. Gauge warning lights illuminate at 225-230 deg F. The temps you set it at will depend a lot on where the temp reading is being taken at.
