With enough of the drama tidbits BS and arguing and know it alls and everything else lets think of something positive Any fun times or wins or memorable moments aboard your Husqvarna? Whether Swedish or Italian?????? Lets be positive while the drama continues and things get sorted out!! I remember on my 93 Husky 250 I fouled a spark plug in the middle of a race (remember when they came with good size tanks and a 6-speed!!) Tough to change that plug when the engine was hot!! Got her changed and thought oh well I';m going home empty handed today. NOT ! OVERALL B class trophy YEA!!! Or the time I won Vet EXPERT and the KTM rep said if I were on a KTM I would have recieved a check for $500. And I looked him in the eye and said I wouldn't ride one if it were given to me for free!!! NOT A JOKE. What you all got???????

When the 1981 XC models came out. I keep hoping I'll find a decent 430 one day.

Since I'm old :oldman: this goes back aways. Remember when the 6days riders would sell their qualifier bikes to get new ones for the ISDE. Well my first Husky was a '78 125WR that Greg Davis rode(and signed the beautiful black tank) in the qualifiers that year. What a great bike that was. Greg rides the FTR series down here & remembers winning every round on that bike & even finishing 2nd overall at one of them that year.... too bad I was too young(&stupid)& too poor to hang on to it.

This was Sunday, last Sunday, yr 2013 ... Pretty cool seeing this Husky rider get a hole shot and win the moto wire to wire, spanking the 4t machines as needed along with the other japan bikes ... Post purchase also but I think it applies ... Jimmy Durante will say "I got a million of 'em!" and so do I ...

1988....I was 14...and I finally was tall enough to reach the ground on my tippy toes on the 1982 cr125..so dad said ok...you can ride it,after you fix it..top end, cables, tires, chain n sprockets,bearings..wax on wax off...dad was clever..and taught me to rebuild it.....it was dated, drum brakes, air cooled, toaster tank...my friends had new bikes, water cooled, mono shock, disc brakes...sweet revenge months later when they all made trailside excuses....still my favorite bike of all time....in 2030 I'll be riding my wr300 like a Cuban in a Desoto ...just keeping her alive...

Opening the crate on my brand new 1982 430 XC. That black tank was gorgeous.

The first time I rode my wr150 and some pumpkin patchers gave me a hard time about riding a "kid's" bike, spanking their bigger bikes in the trails was priceless!

The day I sold my 2002 KTM200 and UPGRADED to the '08 WR-250. I had to call all my 'Orange friends' and tell them that I had a new bike with more power, more torque, better suspension and the best part is that it 'turns on a dime'. Love the Husky

Gonna have to follow PVduke and say that my italian husky (04 TC450) continues to bring me the greatest moments ever one ride at a time. Bought the bike 8 months ago with 5 original hours on it and just got back into racing after some time off so it's only getting better and better. It's a blast to say the least.

More than a few new ones,, but the biggest pain and one that was my crazy choice first Husky..... Swedish 1986 510TX..air cooled, monoshock chassis, great great grandfather of all the big bore single cammers from Husqvarna and Husaberg. And great grandfather to my Italian 99 TE610.

Best Husqvarna moment with my bike - taking my new TE250 and my old beat up ancient klr250 out to compare them - could not believe the difference! Nor could I wipe the smile off my face for days.
