Exhaust for a 2004 TE 250

I have the stock exhaust on my 04 TE 250. I'm not one to go with an aftermarket system just because it looks cool, but I would consider it if there were a performance or weight advantage. Has anyone that has upgraded their exhaust for this bike have any input? Did you do just the slip on or the full system? I heard that the TC's for that year came with a full titanium system that breathed better, but they did not come with a sparky, which I need. Thanks for any input!
